This trendy hotel offers convenient access to the city and a welcoming atmosphere. We loved the cute little apples by the staircase and the easy 3-minute walk to/from the express airport bus. Having coffee/tea available in the room was a nice perk. The excellent hairdryer and lighted makeup mirror were much appreciated.

We felt welcomed into the family, no complaints at all.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, surrounded by various shops and amenities which make it a must-book. You'll find it easy to access, whether you want to explore by boat or tram. The rooms are spacious with modern furnishings and comfortable bedding. The breakfast buffet is a delight and the service is top-notch.

The housekeeping staff could minimize their presence in the hallways during peak hours.

Clean place & welcoming staff. Its location was central, an easy walk to Leidseplein Square. Our room was beautifully designed and contemporary with a bath and great views, as example, just what we needed.

The staff and location were great, I loved it. They had a smooth check-in too. Parking was onsite, fee - gbp 56 per day😃

I had a lovely, two-story suite with full-height windows offering breathtaking views of the canal. The location was perfect, just steps away from museums, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The bathroom was great, and the shower was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great location, close to the tram, shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed being near the museum district and having easy access to attractions.

The room we were given had a twin bed instead of the double bed we requested. the mini bar charges were also more than what we consumed, which was a bit of a surprise.

We loved staying in this hotel because it was located away from the super mainstream tourist area, but still close to everything - including the Van Gough museum. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Transportation was also easy with a tram station just a few minutes away. Lastly, the stylish and contemporary design of the attached restaurant made for a great breakfast experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for two nights. the location of the hotel was perfect, with a bus stop nearby that made it easy to travel to and from the airport. Additionally, we really appreciated the complimentary cold water that was available in the lobby, especially during the hot summer weather.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the cleanliness of our room was not up to par.
